The anime series, produced by Legendary Television, features Hayley Atwell (known for her role in *Agent Carter*) as the voice of Lara Croft. This new series picks up right where the ‘Tomb Raider’ video game trilogy (Tomb Raider, ‘Rise of the Tomb Raider’, and ‘Shadow of the Tomb Raider’) left off. It follows Lara on her next great adventure, continuing her journey of exploring ancient mysteries and unearthing hidden truths in stunning and treacherous locations, more than 25 years after her character was first introduced.
In this chapter of her story, Lara has distanced herself from her friends, choosing instead to embark on increasingly dangerous solo expeditions.
